You won’t hear cars out here, but you will hear cows, donkeys, frogs, birds and more - they are your only neighbors.
If you forgot some supplies, Durant is 20 minutes away. Since you book directly with us we can give you tips on rivers nearby for hiking and exploring. We are on-site but out of sight and are available only if you need us. If you have to make the trip to town, we recommend seeing some attractions: Three Valley Museum, the World's Largest Peanut (for real), and Durant's charming Downtown with boutique shopping, restaurants, and a monthly Art Walk or seasonal Farmer's Market. Visit in spring to see why Durant is called the City of Magnolias.
Choctaw Casino is less than 30 minutes away! Trade some quiet cabin time in for some action at the Casino’s tables. It’s a world-class resort with a concert venue with a spa and and a beautiful water park with jacuzzis & streams for floating.
Our cabin is near Lake Texoma, the 12th largest lake in the United States, only 20 minutes away! Amazing outdoor recreation like boating, fishing, water sports and much more. It’s the ultimate “lake” experience. You’ve heard about the famous Largemouth and Smallmouth Bass action in Oklahoma, it’s time to experience it.
Our lodging guests also come for quality hunting - whitetail deer, bobwhite quail, mourning dove, ducks and geese.

We had a fantastic time at the cabin! Nancy and Seth completely exceeded my expectations. It truly is a luxury in the woods! We will be back for sure!! Logan Boyd
We have rented cabins 2-4 times a year for the last 10 years. It's our mini vacation. This time, we found this newish rental that had so much to offer on paper. The paper didn't compare to the reality. Bring your clothes and food. You won't need anything else. This cabin is set up for relaxation and for an easy stay. Anything you need in the kitchen is there. Linens and towels are of excellent quality. Pick this cabin! You will not regret it. Ginna Musgrove Malm
My daughter and friends stayed for 2 nights. The owners are very nice and the cabin is absolutely gorgeous. I can't wait to visit Caddo soon and experience it myself. Bobbi B
We had an absolutely fabulous time! There wasn’t a thing we would have changed about the cabin, it is beautiful inside and out. They provided everything we could have needed and there was plenty to do on the property, volleyball, basketball, chalk even a fishing pond! It was above and beyond what I was expecting. Logan B
Getting out of the busy city life used to be a hassle when having to find the time and place to get out to the country to relax and find yourself. I’ve found one and I highly recommend it. Less than two hours away from Dallas is a cabin you wouldn’t ever want to leave. Everything we needed was conveniently there, which is great considering you’re in a remote location, well that’s the point. There were games for the whole family. Everyone needs their “batteries” charged, this is it. The host was wonderful! Thank me later. Isaac Reyes
The hosts for this property were wonderful. They provided great information prior to our trip. They personally greeted us upon arrival and showed us the amenities of the cabin and property. The cabin is thoughtfully decorated and had ample space for our family of 4 with 2 dogs. There is a lot of space to explore and play outside. We enjoyed family time inside and outdoors; and alone time when needed. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry were well supplied. The basket of snacks, beverages and candy for the kids was an extra special touch! Pam Kaistha

We bought this Oklahoma Log Cabin as our 'escape' from city life in Dallas. Our goal was not to rent it really, but as people visited, they fell in love with the uniqueness of the cabin and everyone wanted to rent it! We fell in love with renting it too – this is genuinely a great escape from city life and super easy to get to.
