Nestled in the hills of Timber Creek Trails is this beautiful blue gray cabin. Reminiscent of the nearby Broken Bow Lake, there are touches of lake themed décor throughout the 4,700 square foot lodge. The vaulted ceilings and a wide open floor plan make the main living area spacious and connected. Large picture windows bring the views of the woods to the comfort of the couch, and a beautiful chandelier hanging in the center of the room adds an elegant touch to the main area. A gas fireplace sits below a large screen TV on the wooden mantel — perfect for a family movie night!
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you might need for making a delicious home cooked meal including some basic spices and dishwashing soaps. Commercial grade appliances throughout the kitchen makes the cooking process a breeze. Everyone will be eager to gather around the large custom built dining, but when the views are this nice, you just might want to eat outside! Out on the covered back deck is cushioned outdoor seating and two large picnic tables right next to the BBQ grill.
Living Water sleeps up to eighteen people. There are four spacious king bedrooms, each with its own private full bathroom attached. The master bathroom also has a garden tub available. Downstairs off of the game room is another bedroom that has 2 bunk beds. Each bunk has a queen sized mattress on top and a queen sized mattress on the bottom. Another full bathroom serves this bedroom’s guests as well as the game room. An extra queen size sleeper sofa on the main floor ensures everyone staying in the cabin a comfortable place to sleep each night!
This cabin has a private circle drive for multiple vehicles, boat trailers, and ATVs, and some covered parking right next to the lower level entrance. This is perfect for unpacking once you arrive, so you don’t need to worry about the weather conditions while trying to get your bags in!
A second gas fireplace is located downstairs in the center of the room so it can be enjoyed while watching TV on the large sectional or shooting a game of pool on the full metal jacket pool table. Just outside of the game room is a private hot tub and several outdoor games to enjoy. For the kids, there is a playground with a climbing wall, slide and swings. Don’t forget to end the day with smores around the backyard firepit!
The nearest boat ramp on Broken Bow Lake is a four and half mile trip so don’t forget to bring the boat! Broken Bow Lake is perfect for boating, fly fishing, canoeing, paddle boating and water skiing.
Off the water, there are plenty of activities to do too. Beavers Bend State Park provides miles of hiking trails, horseback trail riding opportunities, and even a miniature train ride through the park’s wildlife preserve.
Make sure to stop in the nearby town of Hochatown to explore the local shops and restaurants.
